1. Where are your components manufactured?
All our parts are manufactured in Taiwan, guaranteeing the best quality of materials and finishes from the best manufacturers, and all our components are designed in our engineering and design studio located in Madrid (Spain).
2. Are the weights of each component approximate?When do you weigh them?
All the weights shown on the website are the real ones, with a slight variation depending on the scale you use. We weigh each component after every process or treatment — including painting — so the listed weight is the final, accurate one.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order — as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

4. Do you accept returns? How can I return an item?
Yes, you can return a product. The maximum period to request a return is 15 working days from the date of delivery.
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect or the poor condition of the package upon arrival, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect, Erigen BMX will cover the shipping costs.
If the package arrives in poor condition, please take a photo at the time of delivery to file a claim with the carrier.
To initiate a return, the customer must provide a justification by contacting us via email at info@erigenbmx.com. We will then explain the return procedure and the specific requirements that must be met.
These requirements are detailed in the “Returns” section.
🚚 Shipping questions 🚚
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive? Which company is in charge of bringing my order?
All orders to Spain (Mainland) and Portugal placed before 4:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day via NACEX.
Estimated delivery time is 24 hours — for example, if you place your order on Monday before 4:00 p.m., you should receive it on Tuesday during the day.
Orders going to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or Andorra will be shipped via GLS, with an estimated delivery time of 24–48 hours.
If your address is far from the nearest transport hub, delivery may be delayed up to 48 hours.
For shipments to the rest of Europe, delivery time may take up to 72 hours, and for international orders outside Europe, it may take up to one week.
6. Where's my order? Will somebody let me know?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that it’s on its way. This email will also include your tracking number.
The day before delivery, the shipping company will notify you via SMS with the tracking number and a reminder that your package will arrive the next day.
You can also check the status of your order through the chat on our homepage by entering your tracking number.
7. What happens if I'm not home when my package is delivered?
If the deliveryman is unable to deliver the package, a second delivery will be made the next day.
If you are not available on that day, the deliveryman will contact you and take the package to the NACEX or GLS branch nearest you to pick it up.
8. If I’m located in Madrid, can I stop by the warehouse to save on shipping costs?
That’s right, our warehouse is located in Madrid at Sanglas Street 13, Industrial Warehouse 16, 28890 Loeches (Community of Madrid). So, if you want to save on shipping costs or get your items faster, you are welcome to visit us.
When you place an order, you will be able to choose the delivery option that best suits you, and we will provide you with our location details so you can pick up your components.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We remain open all day without closing for lunch.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
9. Do you ship orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla? How long does delivery take?
- We ship orders to the Balearic Islands. The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 hours, and the shipping cost varies depending on the weight and dimensions of the package. The price will be calculated automatically once you enter your address and order details. If your purchase exceeds 220 €, shipping is free.
- We also ship to the Canary Islands. Delivery time is estimated at 24 to 48 hours, and shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package. Because of this, we will contact you before shipping to arrange a separate surcharge for taxes.
- The carrier for Canary Islands shipments is GLS.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.
10. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery area, the weight, and the dimensions of the package. These will be calculated automatically when you place your order and enter the delivery address.

You can stop by our warehouse and pick up your order.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without interruption.
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
🇪🇸 Spain (PENINSULA / MAINLAND)
For orders of 80 € or more, shipping is free.
For orders under 80 €, the shipping cost is 7.50 €
🏝️ Balearic ISLANDS
For orders of 220 € or more, shipping is free.
For orders under 220 €, shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the package as follows:
- Up to 1 kg: 6 €
- Up to 3 kg: 9 €
- Up to 10 kg: 21.50 €
- Up to 15 kg: 30 €
🇮🇨 CANARY ISLANDS
Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the package:
- Up to 1 kg: 10 €
- Up to 3 kg: 17 €
- Up to 5 kg: 23 €
- Up to 10 kg: 42 €
Up to 15 kg: 62 €
Note: These rates do not include customs surcharges, which must be paid by the customer.
🇵🇹 PORTUGAL
For orders of 80 € or more, shipping is free.
For orders under 80 €, the shipping cost is 7.50 €.
🇪🇺 SHIPPING TO THE REST OF EUROPE
We do ship orders outside of Spain. Shipping costs depend on:
1- The weight of the package
2- The dimensions of the package
3- The destination country
The shipping price will be calculated automatically once you complete your order.

🌎 International Shipping (USA - Canada - Rest of the World)
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.
We deliver the packages through different delivery companies.
However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please allow up to 14 working days.
Shipping costs will be limited by the weight and dimensions of the package (shipping price will appear automatically once you finalize your order.)

With Klarna, you can shop at Erigen BMX and pay in 30 days, or split the cost of your purchase and pay in 3 interest-free installments, at 0% APR."

📝 warranty 📝
13. How long does the warranty last? What do I need to do to claim it?
All Erigen BMX products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as required by law.
To make a warranty claim, you must provide the purchase receipt.
Please note that Erigen BMX does not cover warranties for second-hand buyers.
