Warranty Policy – Erigen BMX

All our products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Paint fading or discoloration
  
• Stripping or rust/oxidation
  
• Incorrect assembly or maintenance
  
• Component modifications
  
• Cosmetic damage (dents, scratches, etc.)
  
• Improper use or abuse
  
  

Examples of what is not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to:

• Worn or damaged grips
  
• Plastic components such as seats, bar ends, and pedals
  
  These are considered normal wear and tear.
  
  

However, Erigen BMX will evaluate any warranty claims and inspect the condition of the components submitted.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented to make a claim. This is essential to begin the warranty process.

If the product was purchased in-store, the customer must return it to the same store.
