How To Return a Product
You have 15 working days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
If the product is damaged (transport or manufacturing defect):
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@erigenbmx.com, and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The product name and type (e.g., Red Goopy Grips)
- A brief description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damage (if possible – this helps us speed up the process)
Once we receive your email and review the information, Erigen BMX will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the product to our warehouse.
You will initially pay the shipping costs for the return. However, these costs will be reimbursed once the replacement is approved.
After we receive the item, Erigen BMX will inspect the damage. We will respond within 15 working days to confirm whether the product qualifies for a replacement.
Please be patient – in many cases, we carry out several checks to ensure the process is handled properly.
If the return is approved:
- You will receive a replacement item at no extra shipping cost
- The initial will be refunded via your original payment method or bank transfer
If we don’t have the replacement in stock, we will refund you the full value of the product, or you may choose a different item and pay the price difference.
If the return is for reasons not related to defects (e.g., you changed your mind):
- You may still return the product within 15 working days.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
⚠️ Erigen BMX will not accept returns or provide replacements for products that have been incorrectly assembled or damaged due to lack of knowledge.
