Bartyr is the "Barspin Killer"of the handlebars
Manufactured from heat-treated 4130 CrMo double-butted tubing
But what is a double-butted tube?
A double-butted tube has two different wall thicknesses — thicker at the ends and thinner in the middle sections. This design provides greater strength where it’s most needed while reducing overall weight.
The tube keeps a constant outer diameter, but the wall thickness varies at the most critical points to improve durability.
For this reason, the crossbar usually has a smaller diameter than the main tubes.
Thanks to the double-butted construction, the handlebar features different wall thicknesses at both ends to make welding easier and the overall structure lighter and stronger.
